Facilities
Ceranium's headquarters is located in Pinto, to the south of the Community of Madrid.
We have spacious facilities covering over 1,500 m² spread across three floors, which allow us to maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized space for the entire workflow. One floor is dedicated to production, a second to administration and meeting rooms and a third is a multi-purpose room for the technical and administrative staff of the laboratory which also serves as a space for internal and external training sessions.
The laboratory has made a special effort to create two rooms exclusively for the printing and milling of dental prostheses. In-house, we have more than 7 3D printers for producing printed splints, models, or gums, and over 8 wet and dry milling machines to work with materials such as Zirconia, PMMA, and Lithium Disilicate.
The laboratory is divides in four main sections over the ones we work:

Resin Section
A technical space equipped with all the machinery and tools necessary for working on removable prostheses and plaster.

Ceramics Section
An area with state-of-the-art machinery that ensures precision and the achievement of high aesthetics in our work.

Digital Section
A clean space housing over 20 computers, design systems, and manufacturing tools in constant production.
04
Administration Section
A space divided between telephonists and reception staff, facilitating communication and clinic-laboratory management.
